I wanted to send this e-mail to say how delighted I am with a recent purchase of a stainless steel ring from your Manchester shop (order number 09441) and in particular the excellent customer service that myself and my partner received. We were looked after by an assistant named Grace who was extremely helpful and made our shopping experience at Wave Manchester one to remember.  I just thought I would email you to say a BIG thank you to Marion who has helped me purchase a Stephen Webster ring for my girlfriend for Christmas.  Without the extra effort she put into ensuring it was the right ring, I would not have been giving my girlfriend the ring of her dreams for Christmas.

 She is a great asset to your company and its not often you get that level of service in the present day.  I will certainly be recommending your company to my friends and family.

Apologies that it has taken a little while to write this email since our wedding at the end of May.  We would like to say a big thank you for helping us choose our rings and for sourcing the Christopher Wharton diamond ring.  Attached are some photos of us on the wedding day and with rings in place!
 
The fit of both rings is perfect and we are very happy with them.  We have received some lovely compliments from friends and family.
 
We will recommend Wave as and when the opportunity arises and we hope to visit the shop again soon!  Please do feel free to let the owners/your managers know that we were very satisfied with the service you gave and pleased to be able to take our time and thoroughly discuss our requirements each time we called in.

Hi Paul

Just wanted to drop you a line to say a huge thank you for my engagement ring, Jamie and I collected it from London yesterday and we were blown away but how beautiful it is!

 We both love it and it's already had quite a few gasps of "oh my god, it's gorgeous" from my colleagues at work and our families!

Thanks for all your help and hard work finding the perfect diamond, it really is beyond what either of us could have imagined! We have arranged with Melissa to go down to London at the start of next year to organise our wedding rings.

Excellent prompt service, the items were extremely well packed to ensure that no postal damage took place, very high standard of jewellery supplied; I would recommend Wave Jewellery to all my family and friends, without any hesitation. I cannot fault Wave in anyway, their site is clear and easy to use, you receive exactly what you order at an excellent price and a very high standard and quality of jewellery, in fact the jewellery that I received was at a higher standard of manufacture than I could find on the High Street.
